VERY good lesson

So by the end of the lesson I was very very happy. Thunder is a very responsive horse. It is great to be on a horse that listens immediately to your seat, and likes to GO. I hate having to work myself to death just to keep a horse walking. By the end of the lesson he was definately moving off my leg much better than when we started. At first he just moved faster. He was quick to realize I didn't want him to move faster but over. The only bad thing is that he does steal reins and I am really bad at letting horses do it until my hands are in my crouch. *grumble* I'll get past that eventually. I will get to ride him again in my next lesson too. I think I will learn a lot about my seat with him, and I'm excited. He is the type of horse I want to have. You don't need to mess with his face, he has some spunk, listens to your seat, ahhhhh :). It may just be butterflies but I think I'm in love...... ha!
